Best Western Plus Ballarat Suites provides luxurious four-star accommodation directly opposite Sovereign Hill, a ten minute commute to Federation University and a five minute drive to the centre of Ballarat.

The modern and spacious accommodation comprises 26 rooms, made up of 14 King Spa Suites and 12 King Executive Suites, catering for one night or extended stays.

Best Western Plus Ballarat Suites is close to Ballarat Wildlife Park, the Eureka Centre, Lake Wendouree and Botanical Gardens. Guests will also be close to the local golf course, shopping centre and restaurants.

All accommodation is non-smoking with separate living rooms in the spa suites complete with king beds and Japanese style plunge spa baths. The King Executive Suites are open plan and spacious with a double shower and double vanity in the bathroom. Guests choosing the motel will enjoy non-smoking rooms, free wireless internet and large flat screen televisions with Foxtel and DVD players. All suites are air-conditioned and heated to your preference.

They also offer free on-site parking. All room rates include daily servicing.
