Welcome to a new series of monthly talks entitled “Think Like an Entrepreneur,” in which local entrepreneurs tell us why they chose to start their business, what they have learned along the way, how they overcame their challenges, what it takes to succeed, and what they believe it means to “think like an entrepreneur.”

For insights, advice, and tips we can all learn from, come along and meet this month’s entrepreneurs at Kilderkin Distillery.

These events are free to attend and will be held from 4:00-5:30 pm on the 2nd Friday of every month.

About Kilderkin Distillery

After many years of dreams, and some careful planning, Kilderkin was born in 2016, and was a finalist in last year’s Commerce Ballarat Small Business Award.

Co-owners, Chris Pratt, and Scott Wilson-Browne, renowned craft brewer and the man behind Red Duck Brewery, and their partners, are proud to continue Ballarat’s long history of distilling and now run the first distillery to operate in Ballarat since the 1930s. Scott will share their story, their plans for the future, and even explain how gin is made.
